HomeoFarm Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at HomeoFarm, the First Online Organic Product Store using Homeopathic Science. We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase subject to Terms & Conditions.If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused,and the seal must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging only.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an unboxing video.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Products purchased using HomeoFarm Credit Points will only be refunded to the HomeoFarm Wallet.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on receipt. The same must be verified by the customer by sending us an unpacking video and a photo on the link provided by the Customer Service Representative on their registered mobile number. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and the same will be picked by our Delivery Partner. If our Delivery Partner is unavailable due to high demand, the Customer will have to ship the product to HomeFarmOffice at 605, Dempo Trade Center, Besides Bank Of India, Patto, Panaji Goa – 403001 and intimate the same at Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be refunded to your HomeoFarm Credit or to the original method of payment, within 15 days of refund approval.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in case our Delivery Partner is unavailable due to high demand.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
